An Important Message from A & A The Shop

The health and well-being of our community is essential to all of us. In that light, we want to do everything we can to keep our customers and employees safe. During this time, we are taking extraordinary measures to make sure social distancing is implemented for the protection of our team and you using the following means:

  • Our drop off services is extended to 24 hours a day, where you can let us know ahead of time about your vehicle (via phone or text) and quickly drop off the keys with no wait time (to our advisors or through the deposit dropbox).
  • Our team is sanitizing our shuttles after each transport ride provided.
  • We have reduced our waiting room usage during the current health situation (please consider the use of our shuttle service, uber/lift, or another friendly pickup.)
  • To minimize exposure, phone payment options are available so you can prepay before pickup to expedite and reduce any social transaction.
  • We are working with our team to do daily extended cleaning of surfaces after customer visits.
  • Customer vehicles are wiped down before we enter them. Seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats are used. The car touch point surfaces, (steering wheel, shifter, driver door panel, and driver door handle) are wiped down and sanitized upon completing service.

We are encouraging anyone who feels sick, especially with respiratory illness, to stay home. If you have emergency needs that require our services, please call, and we will do everything in our power to assist you during this time.

    • Key drop and request form available to simplify drop off all hours
  • PULL UP & CALL DROP-OFF & PICK UP
    • Call us when you arrive and we will arrange for you to leave your keys with your vehicle. No need to come inside. Repeat the procedure when picking up the vehicle.
  • COMPLIMENTARY VEHICLE PICK UP & DELIVERY
    • Schedule your vehicle for repair or service and we will pick up your vehicle at your home and deliver it back to you after service. *Local areas only.
