  Once again, I was very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of work. I brought in my 2001 Toyota RAV 4 that was leaking oil on the engine block. They did a full inspection and let me know what really needed to be done now, and some other things I might want to consider in the future. No hard sell. Just good info. They were able to what what I needed, cleaned the engine up, and it’s running great. I’ll continue to use them again as it’s nice to work with knowledgeable people I can trust.

  I love the ease of Sked on line and the ability to text status and request changes. On top of that, they’re always friendly, on time and quick! The waiting room is clean and well lit too. So thankful our friend recommended them!! (Reason enough to buy another Toyota or Subaru, when you have a MX team you can trust!!). They’ve even taught me about settings that make my vehicle more efficient and they fixed all the the things the Toyota Dealership messed up!

  Brought my truck in with what I thought might be a long and expensive fix. Very suprised when they called just a few hours later saying it was ready to be picked up. I appreciate the honest, fast, and great service! Shawn at the front desk was very helpful and nice!Will definitely be back

  I was impressed with Aaron’s professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to thoroughly explain the potential issues at the very first diagnostic visit. He did a thorough examination of my Crosstrek and not only pinpointed the current problem but detailed possible future issues that should be monitored. He showed me detailed diagrams on the computer and gave me a printout setting out everything he had discussed. At the second visit, he repaired the current issues (which could have caused a damaged transmission if not repaired), and the repair was promptly done and reasonably priced. A&A in Eagle River is now my Go To repair shop for my Subaru.

  A&A the shop is most awesome, yet unfortunately my Subaru is not!Through out the last 8 years or so Ive had much help from them with the great repair service they provide and big knowledge of Subaru vehicles. Dexter and the whole staff. Are friendly & courteous people!I was around few times in the earliest days of the once tiny shop’s beginnings sometime in the mid 90’s if I'm correct with my time line. Ive seen them grow & expand into a very awesome shop! Kudos! I would & will go nowhere else to get help & care with any Subaru(s) i own & have owned!

  They have helped me out twice now with minor fixes. They seem fair, never too busy for me, and they don’t seem to overcharge for things that don’t need total replacement. I think this shop is the best in town. Always friendly and very quick to get me scheduled. They work fast too! 10/10 recommend.

  As an Eagle River resident and long time customer of A&A there, I recently had my first repairs done at the Anchorage location. Although the repairs were more extensive, and expensive, than originally was planned for, Dexter kept me well informed every step of the way. Lonnie took great care of my car and it is running very smoothly! I appreciated my interactions with the shop and the options they gave me to help me make my decisions about how far to pursue the repairs. I highly recommend this professional business.

  A&A was great with my Tundra. I had a sudden noise and felt like I needed to get out lined at right away, but don’t have an alternate vehicle. He asked if I needed it back soon and it worked out that he got it looked at and fixed that day. Really happy with the service at A&A.

  A&A The Shop is my go-to service shop for my Subarus. I’ve used them since they first opened. They are very knowledgeable, efficient and great to work with. If anything isn’t just right, they will go back and get it right. They’ve squeezed me in when something comes up last minute. I would highly recommend them to anyone. And they work in Toyotas now also. Give them a try if you haven’t.

  I recently brought my vehicle to A$A for some much-needed work on the fuel injectors, service lights, and intake system, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience.Dexter, the service advisor, was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the issues in a clear and honest way, explained the process step by step, and kept me informed throughout the repair. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.Lonnie, the mechanic tech, did an amazing job under the hood. The work was done right the first time, and my car now runs better than it has in a long time. You can tell he takes pride in his craft and really knows what he’s doing.Thanks to Dexter, Lonnie, and the whole A$A team for top-notch service.   I definitely recommend A&A The Shop. I booked a prepurchase inspection over the phone, which was very easy (i.e. no long holds or cranky people). I really appreciate that they are open on Saturdays. When I arrived, Sean was the one who helped me and he was great. Their waiting area was really nice: they had water and coffee available and a restroom that was easily accessible and clean. The inspection was thorough and I got a copy of the inspection report. The car will need new tires soon but otherwise was in great shape so I bought it. Sean said in general, the shop also recommends an oil change on newly bought cars. I live out of town, so when I got home, I took the car to the shop I highly trust (who were the ones who recommended A&A to me). They checked a few other things in addition to doing the oil change and only flagged the tires like A&A did, which solidified my trust in A&A.

  I took my daughter’s 2011 Subaru Outback to get checked because every warning light was on. A&A diagnosed several issues and got them repaired promptly. I did need to take it back bc some lights were still on due to an electrical issue but they fixed it right away with no additional charges and provided a shuttle to my house. Excellent customer service—make sure you talk to Kevin!

  Have been going here for a few years and the staff is always great! Service is high quality and I've had minimal, if any, issues with my car after appointments. I've recently utilized the shuttle and that was super reliable and easy to use. Highly recommend you take your Subaru here!

  First of I want to thank Shaun for treating me with dignity and respect when I called and text him for more info more than once. And the other guy I forgot his name for being funny and delightful!I will say from start to finish the transaction and communication is Chefs Kiss ! I called around to find a shop that would be available and earn my business after I got screwed by Midas. Dexter took my info down and gave me info for drop box for the keys and Saturday pick up as an option. I was hesitant as this is my first time here but I always try a 5 starplace with hundreds of good reviews! I dropped off to Shaun and got text and phone call notification about my car, they help me figure out what the other guys may have done. When I picked up they supplied me pictures, parts and explained until i understood. I am so happy I found the other (guys)(good guys= A&A team)besides the dealerships! Thanks A&A you earn my business and I’ll be back
